The AIRLIFTs unique windmill water pump system is capable of pumping up to 30 gallons per minute and has a maximum lift of 315' vertical and 500' horizontal. Our windmill pump is designed without the use of leathers, or plunger type assemblies, therefore, there are no moving parts down in the well that have to be replaced year after year, The only maintenance is to change the oil and clean the filter on the compressor annually. Other windmills must be placed over the well, the AIRLIFT water pumping windmill can be placed anywhere the wind blows the best, up to 1/4 mile away for maximum water pumping capabilities, so it is very cost effective.
The unique AIRLIFT INJECTION PUMP can run dry accepting sand and sludge without harm, we are so confident in the durability of our pump that we guarantee it for life under normal use. Another added benefit of the AIRLIFT injection pump is that it tends to oxygenate and purify the water as part of it's pumping process.
An industry first. The incorporation of a compression spring housed inside the gas charged shock assures safe, smooth and consistent operation in the worst weather conditions.
All AIRLIFT water pumping windmill models come standard with 6061 T6 aluminum blades, Cast iron industrial compressor, stainless or carbon steel turn out assembly, rust proof galvanized inlet and brass outlet piping, tapered roller bearings at the tower mount and tail pivot points for smooth non binding operation.
For those with ponds by simply adding a diffuser to the Airlift Windmill water pump will be able to aerate and de-ice your pond as a dedicated aerator, also an Airlift Windmill aerates and oxygenates as part of its pumping process. All Airlift Windmill systems are designed to be in operation year round, so there is no need to shut down for the winter, just continue pumping year round.
For cattle ranchers or on the farm, the Airlift Windmill water pump will keep your cattle trough tanks open year round without fear of damage to the Airlift Windmill by freezing unlike the old fashioned windmill.
The Airlift Windmill Injection Pump is capable of pumping on days of no wind by adding an extra air line attached to an auxiliary powered grid electric, solar or gas air compressor.
